Refund Policy
Effective 26 June 2026
Each Sablestar report is a digital product generated to order from your specific birth details and delivered to you immediately. Because of that, all sales are final once the report has been generated. Before you pay, we show you a confirmation of your birth details and ask you to expressly consent to immediate delivery — so you have a clear chance to catch a typo and to understand that the purchase is non-refundable once the report is generated. This policy explains how that works and what we will do in the narrow situations where a refund or remedy is appropriate.
1. All sales are final
When you confirm your details, tick the immediate-delivery consent box, and complete payment, your report is generated and delivered right away. We are not able to offer refunds for, among other things:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect birth details you entered yourself — the wrong date, time, or place. The chart is built exactly from what you confirm at checkout, which is why we ask you to double-check it first.
- Reports you didn't enjoy. The interpretation is a literary reading of an astrological chart, offered for entertainment and self-reflection — different readers will respond to it differently.
2. The one exception: non-delivery
If you paid but genuinely did not receive your report — for example, a technical failure meant the report or PDF could never be produced — we will re-deliver it to you, not refund it. A working copy of what you paid for is the remedy.
The fastest fix is usually self-serve: use the resend-your-link page to have your report link emailed to the address you used at checkout. If that doesn't resolve it, contact us (below) and we'll make sure you get your report.
3. Duplicate charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, that's a billing error, not a change of mind — email us and we'll refund the duplicate charge.
4. How to reach us
Reach us through our contact form — include the email you used at checkout and a short note about what happened. We aim to respond within two business days. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method via Stripe and usually appears within 5–10 business days.
5. Your statutory rights (EU, UK, and elsewhere)
Some jurisdictions give consumers a right to cancel an online purchase within a set period (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right can lawfully end as soon as performance begins with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement that the right will be lost.
By ticking the immediate-delivery consent box at our pre-checkout confirmation step, you (a) expressly request that we begin generating and delivering your report immediately, and (b) acknowledge that you therefore lose any right of withdrawal once the report has been generated. We record the exact wording you agreed to, the version of that wording, and the timestamp with your order as evidence.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any other statutory consumer-protection right that cannot be waived in your country of residence — for example, the right to a remedy if the digital content does not conform to the contract. If you believe your report is faulty or not as described, please contact us at the address above and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
