Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sablestar ("we", "us", "our") is a service of Iterategy LLC (901 H Street, STE 120 PMB 1059, Sacramento, CA 95814). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Iterategy LLC governing your use of the Sablestar website and your purchase of any report. By using the service or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms. Questions can be sent through our contact form.

2. What we offer

Sablestar generates a personalised natal-chart report from the birth details you provide. The report is delivered as an on-screen reading and a downloadable PDF.

For entertainment purposes only. The report is offered for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. We make no guarantee that any insight in the report will turn out to be accurate, predictive, or useful to you, and you agree not to rely on the report for any consequential decision.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to purchase a report. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate birth information for charts you order;
• not use the service to harass, defame, or invade the privacy of any other person;
• not attempt to probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the service or its underlying systems;
• not generate reports for third parties without their consent;
• not use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Payment, delivery, and refunds

Reports are sold as one-time digital purchases at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details.

Each report is generated to order from your specific birth details and delivered to you immediately on payment. Before payment, we ask you to confirm your birth details and tick an express immediate-delivery consent. Because the report is generated and delivered to you on the spot, all sales are final once the report has been generated, except as set out in our Refund Policy. That policy also describes how the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content applies in jurisdictions (such as the EU and UK) where such a right exists.

6. Intellectual property

The Sablestar website, including its design, code, copy, and imagery, is owned by Iterategy LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. The text of the report you purchase is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use — you may keep, print, and share the PDF with friends and family. You may not resell the report, republish it commercially, or use it (or any substantial part of it) to train a machine-learning model.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we make no uptime guarantee. We may rate-limit, pause, or discontinue features (or the service as a whole) at our discretion, including to control costs or respond to abuse.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITERATEGY LLC AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE REPORT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) US$50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to small-claims jurisdiction is the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or under your local consumer-protection law, nothing in this section overrides that right.
